Herceptin and anemia?

I have become anemic, been on herceptin for 4 years now. I have had an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and. Pet scan. They have checked my urine as well and everything looks good. Now they want to do a capsule endoscopy. My oncologist thinks I'm bleeding somewhere, but there is nothing else other than my blood work that shows the anemia. I will be having my echo in a week. Has anyone else developed anemia?
