PR- (Estrogen +, HER2-)

I have a Pr- (although highly estrogen positive, HER2-) tumor. Because it is PR- my oncotype was in the high intermediate category and chemo not recommended) but does anyone know about the effect the PR- will have on my response to hormonal therapy? Also tumor is lobular.
