Concerned if its metastatic report

1. i was diagnosed with multifocal idc with lympho vascular invasion. ( Post surgery : Tumor no1) .8mm grade 2. Tumor no 2n 3) 24mm grade1 plus 1 dcis tumor. total area 34mm). X
2. (pre surgery multifocal both lower quadrants total area 55mm). I had my masectomy on jan 25th. My sentinal node report came with one positive node and 1 negative node. I was referred for lungs liver. Bone ct scan last week. My surgery for axillary node dissection is scheduled for this friday. 22 feb. Yesterday i got a call from hospital that my consultant want to me to come on 21st feb i.e this thursday.to discuss my test reports. I am really scared..God forbid there is something metastatic that is why i am being called. They didnt mention anything abt the impending surgery on friday. Does this consultation means something concerning has come up in my body scan?
