After radiation, my straight to implant reconstruction gradually tightened up and was too small and high on my chest, so I decided to have the latissimus dorsai flap surgery, which I should have chosen from the first. It came out great, I was super happy except for the patch in front sort of bulges out a little, and the upper pole area was too flat, giving it that fake boob look. So for the final touch, my surgeon revised the scar to lay flat, and did fat grafting around the implant, upper and armpit side. It looks so FANTASTIC I am thrilled with it. Almost perfect match to my "good" breast. I just wanted to post that! I don't know if I'm allowed to give my surgeons name, but I'll find out -Dr. Mytien Goldberg, she is Awesome!! L.A. area, if anyone's in need. Can't go wrong with her, I just love her. There, that's all I had to say😊💗
