Is this normal, Left nipple takes time to come out

Over the last few days, I have noticed my left nipple takes time to harden/pop out as compared to the right one.. it eventually does come out on its own but takes a while compared to the right one which is faster..this happens once or twice a day and sometimes when i look at them they seem the same. I dont know if this was always like that or it has become slower to respond now..There are no other changes and I have no other symptoms, pain or lumps in my breasts.. I am 39 and lost some weight recently following anxiety and depression relapse. Lost my mother to breast cancer and have been anxious about my own health ever since..
