Cancer side implant breast warm to touch

Hi, I had radiation post mastectomy and implant surgery, with a re-excision to get better margins. Left side prophylactic mx. My issue now, besides the tightness, is that the left breast is cold to touch but the right breast is very warm to touch. Does this mean anything? There are also some very hard spots where the re-excision was done. I'm assuming scarring. I completed Rads in Oct 2018. No other symptoms. I have an ultrasound scheduled for the end of Feb. Im concerned about the warm feeling, whole breast.
