Cold Caps

Next Friday, I am scheduled for my first chemo treatment. I just found out that my insurance company will reimburse 100% of the cold cap cost. The doc did say with the treatment (AC-T) that there is only 20 - 30% chance of it working. I look at it like this, why not try it if my insurance company is going to pay. I am also getting a wig as a backup. which my insurance company is also paying.
I was just wondering if anyone has tried the cold cap and what were the results???

I think part of the secret is a good tight fit and keeping them on before during and after. There are people that can help.
Many women have used them on this site various degrees of success.
