Lyme disease and breast cancer

I have Lyme, Fibro, ME and a host of issues with my immune system. Now I have a BC diagnosis and I'm wondering if I'll be well enough for the chemo. Also if the chemo could actually kill off the Lyme?
Any help at all would be much appreciated
