Pcos - adnexa

I am dx with idc 1.4 cm.

I had pcos my whole life with fewer periods. Last year I was regular on periods.

CT scan showed enlarged adnexa. Left 4.8 *2.7*5.6 and right 3.1*2.7*4.7 cm.

Am wondering if I need to get those fixed
