LifeNet Health allograft

I recently had my BMX on Jan 31. Today my husband handed me a few things we were given. One of them is this card that says LifeNet Health allograft a gift of donated bone, heart or connective tissue was used. It goes on to give me information to thank the donors family. My son is a bone marrow transplant recipient and know just how far a thank you can go. My team did not put the information of a serial # so that a letter could get to them.

I am confused because no one mentioned that I could or would have this occur. Has anyone else received a card like this that an allograft was used during their BMX?
