Hyperthermia with endocrine therapy

Right now the treatment plan is AI (Anastrozole) but how about hyperthermia, I have been doing some reading and it all seems too good to be true, I don't know how much I should trust it. Does anyone know much about it?
ER+ PgR- HER2- stage 2 lymph negative
63 (full mastectomy surgery one year ago)
