Letrozole and Skin

Hi everyone

I am having a few issues with my skin and was wondering if anyone else has or had the same.   I had a Mastectomy in February 2018.  About 7 months later I had a melanoma on my face which I had to have removed by a plastic surgeon and she had to go in 2 times to get clear margins.  Very large scar across my face.   Now I am occasionally seeing red marks on my legs that look weird and just now while taking a shower I noted I have a bruise like mark on my arm inside.It is round and black and blue about the size of a dime.  It wasn't there yesterday and there is no way I could have hit that area.  Does anyone else have these things happen to their skin.  I am on Femara (Letrozole).

My skin has a few small red patches and are tender but I'm almost 70 so it's hard to say. Bruises aren't a problem but everyone is different
