Hi, My mom has stage 1 breast cancer her onco score came back at 30 she is in good health and just turned 72 yesterday. Her oncologist suggested 4 rounds of chemo. I was wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation. Would the chemo treatments be worth the side effects? Would she have the same results with radiation and hormonal therapy? PLEASE HELP!!

Some ladies here work through chemo. Others don’t/can’t. It’s not a picnic in the park, but can be doable. The MO has a lot of things to ease any se she may have. They will watch closely. It’s not like the horror stories from the past.
