At the Same time her2 positive and negativ?!

Hello my name is Jasmin,

I'm writing for my mother. We both live in Germany. She gots BC cancer Stage 4 two years ago (liver and lung) Yesterday the doctor told her different things. 1. She gots no more mets to the lungs (hurray) and the mets in the liver are also fewer (only two spots) But also some lumph nodes showing up at the CT. Her treatment is Perjeta and Herceptin. Today she had a biopsy and the theorie of the doctor is that the lumph nodes are her2 negativ. But he also thinks that the liver mets are farther her2 positiv. Because perjeta und herceptin ist still working in the liver


I would like to know, if any of you have the same experience?

What will the treatment be?
