Ques re period on Tamoxifen

hi ladies

So I haven't had a period since chemo 2 years ago now. Have been on Tamoxifen since then, but haven't taken it for the last 4 days, just kept forgetting to get it filled.

Anyway today I had period or a bleed anyway, I'm wondering if it is a coincidence that it came after two years after missing the few days or would that be too little time to make a difference?
