Loosing weight with a no implant lift/reduction

I need to loose weight 21 pounds maybe a bit more I had my breast reduced and lifted no implant and I'm delighted with result in wondering 2 things if I lose 20 pounds will my lifted breast sag and will my radiated breast loose weight at all will they be same or us radiated breast that size forever
