Zoladex and gut inflammation/gut issues?

I am curious for those of you that have been taking Zoladex for at least 5-6 years....have you noticed gut issues? My scans are stable. And has anyone's stomach gotten larger since taking Zoladex? Granted, I don't exercise like I should and I think I may have a hernia but I pointed it out to my doctor and she said "oh yes, I have a lot of patients who's stomachs got bigger on Zoladex." I am sure part of this might be menopause as well? But the more I think about it, shot after shot after shot in my stomach every month is probably also causing a lot of scar tissue (I get double shot because I got the Lidocaine too) and with all those chemicals going directly into our stomach/gut/digestive system …..it has had to affect it, wouldn't you think? 

Just curious if anyone else has the belly and your thoughts on gut issues...not absorbing nutrients properly?! etc etc?
