but, here goes....I am an almost 14 year survivor of Triple Negative breast cancer. I used to post every year on my cancer anniversary which is in July, simply to witness that we are out here, but I have not in a few years for the dumbest reason....I just didn't think about it. I'm not sure if that's good or bad🤷🏻♀️ I'm going to resolve to do better. You can read my profile, I guess, but I was 41, under 2cm lump, and I did TAC chemo and other than dealing with the lasting effects of treatment, have done well. Anyway, I had the hardest time with the hair loss. It grew back on time but while I had pretty thick hair before chemo, it grew back kind of wimpy and baby fine. I'm very grateful to be here after my ordeal, don't get me wrong, and this is not the biggest issue with life after treatment, but it really was an every day obstacle to feeling the best about myself. In previous year posts, I have given hard-won advice on how to deal with lingering problems I encountered like short eyelashes-Revitalash, lack of eyebrows-tattoo (with a well researched professional), etc. This one is for baby fine, wimpy hair. Some people's hair grows back thick. Uh, mine did NOT. New product called Voloom. Honestly, I don't understand how it works because it's just a crimper from the 80's that has an unidentifiable impression on the hair, but it's amazing. I basically have my old volume back and it stays all day and I don't have to wash it all the time which I didn't do because that was too hard on my hair. I used to have to pick 2 or 3 days a week when I would look my best and now, I don't. Grateful for small things❤️

Wishing the best to everyone here❤️❤️

Thanks Shannon
