Life after Tamoxifen

I quit taking Tamoxifen in June. I had just gotten 5 years under my belt. I couldn’t take it anymore. The impact on my moods and memory were unbearable. It has been transformative in the best possible ways. I have my energy back. I don’t cry all the time. My memory is vastly improved. But today I’m getting my period!!!! It has been 5.5 years since I had one. I’m 50. They warned me this could happen as I’m not quite menopausal.

Any of you experience this? I didn’t believe it would happen. It makes me worry a little. I had estrogen sensitive cancer.
