Swelling under jaw from chemo?

Has anyone had swelling or lymph nodes swell after a chemo treatment?
Mine was under my jaw, near the ear. Swollen, cramping and painful.
It's also the same side that had cancer in the neck nodes. Not sure if it's related or a common se
