hi I have q doctors appointment to get looked at but wandered upon this and needed some advice I have a red blotch on my right breast that was the size of a dime 2 weeks ago and is now bigger than a quarter it does not hurt at all is warm to the touch fmaily history of breast cancer on fathers side

Most skin issues are just that - skin issues. Glad you're getting looked at.
IBC worsens rapidly - often in hours. If that is what you are worried about it is pretty unlikely since it likely would be much worse in two weeks.
