Fat Grafting Experience

I am trying to decide if fat grafting is worth it. Right now I am fairly happy with my reconstruction but would love them if I could achieve the following things.

  1. A bit more cleavage
  2. Softer/squishier.
  3. When I look down they appear smashed to me.

Will fat grafting help with any of these things? Were you glad you did it?

    hi sdwoman, iIhad fat grafting around my reconstructed breast, on the upper pole, inner area, and near the armpit, where I had a "divot" sort of indentation. After time, the fat sort of went away , not entirely but enough so I'm actually doing it again.It looked so great right after, so real and matched my real breast so well. I don't have much body fat, so this time my Dr is using a fat "matrix" of donor fat!🤤 my own grafted fat is supposed to be sticking to that donor fat somehow. And no my mom wanted to donate her fat😄, but it's cadaver fat! Fat graft can accomplish all on your wish list, but may not stay forever. Its not a big ,painful process at least not in my experience
