Anyone with IBC h as ce an arizona doctor. I have good insurance except Mayo isnt included living in east valley of metro phoenix looking for breast surgeon that has seen ibc patients.

Have you tried checking specialists at MD Anderson? I used them for my second opinion, though I decided to get treatment in Sedona, and I had ILC, not IBC.
