Nipple saving post op question

Hi everyone

I took off my compression bra today and noticed that I had some clear discharge coming from the underside of my nipple on the areola. I gently dabbed it with some gauze and more clear fluid came out. Not much at all just three or four drops. I dabbed it again and a very thin piece of skin lifted off the areola. It kind of reminds me like being burned and a blister forms but then pops. That's how thin the skin is. It is still pink underneath. I also noticed a change in my nipple as well. the top of it is darker than it was yesterday so I'm a little concerned. there was some pink in it but I don't see that today. Has anybody had this before? I have a text into my doctor who gave me his direct line.
