Hair loss while using a cold cap

Hello everyone,

I’m pretty new to this, I just started TC on December 28th. I’m a little over 2 weeks in at this point and my hair is starting to fall out. I did use a Paxman cold cap with my first treatment.

Those of you who have experience with this, does this mean that all my hair will fall out or will I lose some hair regardless?

Even with a cold cap, you will lose some hair. How much varies, but in general you can expect some degree of thinning as you go through chemo. You can find a lot information if you go to "Cold Cap Users Past and Present, to Save Hair." Good luck!
