Cluster of small hard bumps under nipple

the last 5 months my left breast has been having sharp pains and grew a half cup size larger while the other stayed the same. I started doing self breast exams and the last month I have had a cluster of hard small bumps/lumps under my nipple. I get really sharp pains in that area. This part might seem crazy but if I prod on them I get a killer headache. Idk if that has a y connection. I also just had a cherry anginoma show up on that same breast. It has also been very itchy but no rash. I'm a little concerned. I found a lump a couple years ago but I haven't had insurance in over 6 years since my last child was born. At that time I went to an imaging place and had a mammogram and ultrasound but just read the report myself as I don't have a doc . From what I could take from it, it just said I had very dense breast tissue and she follow up in a year or 2. Two years later though I'm still in the same boat with no insurance but very worried as my grandmother had breast cancer. Also to add I don't think it has any connection but the lymph node in my neck has been hard and swollen for 6 months now. Any advice would be appreciated.
