Ache and sensitivity

My right breast aches occassionally. It is not tender to touch in any particular place and there are no lumps that can be felt. It is also sensitive to temperature. Is this normal? What else could it be? I'm worried because my mammogram came back inconclusive on that breast and I need more testing.
