I don’t usually post on forums but I’m very worried about my left breast. My fiancé twisted it to prove a point and ever since then it has hurt a lot. I can’t exactly tell if there is a lump or not. I think there’s a small one but it’s hard to tell. There is also an indent on my areola under the nipple. I went to see my doctor and she sort of just dismissed my concerns and said to come back if it didnt stop hurting. I have an appointment with a new doctor wednesday but I’m worried. My armpit started hurting. I’m only 21

Physical trauma doesn't cause cancer, but it can take a while to heal. You didn't mention how long ago this has happened, but getting the second opinion from the new doctor should be good for your peace of mind.

More importantly, I hope you give some serious thought about your intention to marry a man who thinks it is okay to physically harm you to prove a point. You are a young girl with your whole life ahead of you, you should not tolerate that kind of abuse.
