Hi

I am new to this TNBC SECTION. I was Dx back in June 2018. I received 4 Red Devils and 11 Taxols. My tumor in my breast was 2.2,and I was node positive. After Chemo I had surgery after ch; lumpectomy and my tumor shrunk to 1.2cm and I had 2 positive lymph nodes out of 16. She removed all my lymph nodes. I am so concerned about reoccurrence. I meet with my oncologist at the end of month. I requested carboplatin but didn’t receive it due to bein BRACA NEGATIVE. Are there any survivors out there that has experienced this outcome and made it long term. I continue to praise the Lord and ask for healing and keep fighting.

Thank you

Crystal

I am BRCA negative, but I did get carboplatin. Maybe you can get a second opinion from a different oncologist?
