Question: lump on incision site 5+ years after BM

Hi, I am scheduled for a small surgery in a couple days to remove a lump from my breast, on an insicion scar and where my fake/man-made nipple is. Of course I am fearing the worse. The radiologist and my plastic surgeon both said it doesn’t look like a reoccurrence but it needs to be biopsied to be sure. Has anyone had something similar happen? Is it possible to be a stitch 5 years later or would that have shown up on the ultrasound? Or fat necrosis? Or would they recognize that from ultrasound? TI
