Red Raises lump on right Breast

I noticed a reddened area about the size of a dimealmost a week ago. It stings when squeezed. I have had pimples and clogged pores on my breast before and this doesn't not seem like that at all. It's different. I feel no lump when I press down on it. But the small area is swollen. Could this be a cyst?

    Hi I was diagnosed with cancer and had a mastectomy on my right breast and chemo. I’m now in remission but about 6 months ago I started to see similar sounding little red bumps on my right breast. The oncologist suggested I go to a dermatologist to look at and I admit I’ve been putting it off. But wanted to through that suggestion out to you too.
