Anyone else had Fibroadenomas after previous breast cancer?

Hi I’m only 1 year out of treatment following ER-/PR-/HER2+ stage 2, grade 3 invasive ductal carcinoma. I had my annual mammogram & ultrasound 2 mth ago and was given all clear apart from some simple cysts. I had a chest wall and left breast MRI 3wk ago and my surgeon phoned on Christmas Eve to say I have 2 lesions in my remaining breast which he thinks are Fibroadenomas but not to worry (yip sure!). The problem is my aggressive tumour was initially thought to be a simple cyst until they tried doing a needle biopsy. I’ve also have invasive melanoma and cervical cancer in situ so have crappy genes. Just wondered if anyone else has had these Fibroadenomas after previous cancer diagnosises.
