BCBS/ANTHEM -- "Cancer Care"

I was advised by a knowledgeable person at Anthem/BCBS customer service to contact the Cancer Care group at Anthem to find out about new benefits for a prosthesis and bras. After 1/2 hour speaking to 4 different people in the "I don't care to listen" department, who had NO idea of what I was talking about, I gave up.

Anyone know anything about this group?

I have BCBS/Anthem and they paid for two bras and breast forms while I had TEs. I had to go through a bra shop that would bill the insurance and they needed a prescription from my doctor.
