Follow Up Mam/Ultrasound

In January it will be a year since I stopped breastfeeding. I pumped with my oldest then breastfed my youngest until he was almost 3. Since stopping I've had a lot of cysts so my doctor wanted me to get a mammogram and ultrasound 6 months ago. I had that done and they wanted me to do it again 6 months later which was today. On my side where I overproduced I have what seems to be a dilated milk duct with some debri and on the other side a lot of little cysts but one new cyst also has debri. They want me to do another follow up in 6 months (which seems like a lot of mammograms in a short amount of time). They also said if I was concerned I could have a biopsy but they are leaving it up to me. Anyone else have experience like this?
