Large lumps after weight loss

Hello all, I'm new. I'm Heather. 47, mom to three, nurse. Last year I started having pain in my left breast. My doc ordered the whole lot. Mammogram, u/s and MRI. I had very dense breasts. I did weight 190lbs at 5'2" as well. I had a hysterectomy in 2016 so no more periods. Flash forward to this week. I've lost 40lbs since last year and did a breast exam in the tub. I admit I forgot to do them all the time as I didn't have my favorite reminder. Anyway, I went to my provider and I have at least two very large lumps. Both are about 2" by 1". I'm assuming they are benign but I have an ultrasound and mammogram on Thursday. I'm still a little freaked out. I'm praying they've just been there a long time. Anyone else find Fibroadenoma's after weight loss?
