lymphovascular invasion (LVI) in Stage 1 IDC

Hi! Has anyone NOT had a recurrence or mets in the first 2-5 years who had LVI on their path report?

I was diagnosed stage 1B IDC following my DMX Sept. 5. My tumor was 1 cm, and my cancer is strongly ER+/PR+ and HER2-. I had 2 clean sentinel nodes and one node with a micromet (.24mm). My path report said extensive lymphovascular invasion (LVI). My Oncotype DX score was 16. I'm 45 and premenopausal. I began ovarian suppression with Lupron in October, and am finishing the last of 4 rounds of TC (Taxotere and Cytoxan) chemo this week, and beginning 6 weeks of radiation in mid January. After radiation, I will be on a aromatase inhibitor, since I am now menopausal because of the Lupron and chemo. Will be getting a full hysterectomy (including oopherectomy) after radiation, and before DIEP Flap reconstruction surgery in September. Still TERRIFIED the LVI means a later stage IV diagnosis for me. Did anyone with LVI NOT have a recurrence or METS??

My good friend locally had extensive LVI and has not had a recurrence. 6 years now.
