Tissue expander
I had surgery tissue expanders oct 5th ( for the second time I had TE last year than I had infection so they removed them)
I was very happy when I think I'm gonna have new boob
My surgeon told me he gonna fill my TE until i tell him stop that the size i need
Last week i saw him he told me no more fill i cannot have more than 600cc
The problem is my TE are tinny that's not what I want
I was very surprised I don't know what can I do

Did you ask dr. why no more fills? Sometimes the amount of expansion you can have is limited by how much stretch and tension your skin can handle. Also, as the TEs settle in the pocket it can affect how they look (shape and projection). Maybe give it a little time. Also, did he talk about what type and size of permanent implant he will be putting in? Those too can look very different than the tissue expanders I'm told. I'm getting what will probably be my last fill this week (per my choice of stopping at this size). My PS hasn't really talked to me about final implant so I'm going to be very interested in what he suggests and how the final results will look. Good luck!

thank you for your response borogirl
I did ask him why no more fill he told me the Te that I have cannot have more than 600cc
May be he will put a 650cc implant
I'm not happy with that my TE are very small I think it's A cup

Gigilala - don't have any advice or suggestions, but very surprised that 600 cc is so small on you. I'm at about 350 and getting ready to stop because I am where I want to be. It's probably a full B or very small C at the current level. What size were you before?

jenniekeaton I was C cup before
And yes they look small and I'm 5feet and 155 lbs

My PS doesn't tell me how much volume I got so far after I ended up with 4 times of filling totally, so I am still confused about how new size of my boobs would look like. I told him that I want to have a little bit bigger boobs that could be up to B cup size cause I have small boobs and I'm not a big fan of big boobs. He said I am possible to get up to B cup but no bigger than it cause I might have some problems with big boobs. I agreed with him. But I had one-side mastectomy in January and likely to have a reconstruction surgery in June, I am feeling that my PS didn't get my point as he told me that no more fill after yesterday was my last TE filling.
Should I let him know again that I want bigger boobs than my current boobs at the end when he is going to call me to schedule my surgical date?
