2 Months PFC, labs dropping and sick.

I'm two months PFC and appear to have some type of stomach bug. Headache, stomach cramps, vomiting.
My labs, WBC, neutrophils, RBC, hemocrit and hemoglobin were still on a downward trend as of two weeks ago and my neutrophils were about to go in to the red. How long does bone marrow take to rebound?
