Would fixing this require surgery?

one of my implants is slightly bigger (440 v 415) and it’s not super obvious but at certain times it seems very obvious, especially when you look at the top of the breast where there is more fullness/cleavage. I don’t want more surgery. Is there any other way to make it look more even
