Opposite arm bigger a year after axillary clearance

hello, last year I had a level 2 axillary clearance on my right axillary. I’ve had two l dex readings since September. It’s telling me that my opposite arm is more swollen ( thankfully within the normal range, however it’s about 9 points different. I’ve just noticed that I can see the tendon in my right wrist but not my left. My arm measurements some months ago revealed my left arm is slightly bigger. I have been doing more lifting with my left arm since my surgery but is this normal?? How can this be
