Hi, I've posted on the Paget's board but am also posting here because I'm trying to find some answers.  I've been having what appears to be an infection develop on my right nipple for the last 2 years.  It starts with tingling, pain, burning, and itching, then turns into what looks like a blister.  It then turns black, and then "pops", releasing blood and pus.  It's fairly disgusting.  Then as it's healing, the skin around the area peels and flakes.  There is some clear discharge as well.  No fever with any of these incidents.  Then, about 5-6 months later, it returns and does it all over again.  I've had this 4 times now in the last 2 years, same exact area.  I'm 48 years old, a non-smoker, and I'm not diabetic, which, from my research, are risk factors for this type of thing.  I've gone to two different breast surgeons, both of whom did not think it was paget's, but a breast "infection".  My question is, have any of you ever had this type of thing, and if so, what did you do to treat it.  They've lanced mine and given me antibiotics but it always comes back.  It's so irritating.  Thanks in advance for any input.
