Found two lumps

A couple of days ago I found two lumps. I'm in the UK so went to the GP and they've referred me for an ultrasound. She said it was unlikely to be BC at my age (33) etc etc but I can't help but worry. Since then, I have been checking my breasts 3/4 times a day (I know it's the stupidest thing to do) and found a couple more lumps!! I'm having my ultrasound 5th December.

The lumps are maybe the size of a marble but feel firm rather than hard. My other breast feels lumpy too but nothing as defined. They don’t hurt. They don’t seem to move very much, well not ‘roll around’ like I’ve seen described on other posts. The lumps seem to have come out of nowhere and I can only feel them when standing up. If I lay down they disappear!

It's so hard to just get on with everything not knowing what it is. in fact I’m terrified

Hoping for great results for you! I'm around your age too and I found two lumps in my breasts recently as well. Unfortunately, I won't be seen until January. It's a terrifying, earth-shattering discovery. My already high anxiety is at an all-time high. I wish I had some words of comfort for you, but sadly all I can offer is a virtual hug.

The worry and the wait are so hard! Now is the time to take good care of yourself, do whatever works best to keep stress under control. Good luck with the ultrasound.

Thanks cruzer and Christina. Ive got such anxiety, I’m imagining the worst all the time. And to make it worse, another two lumps have appeared in the same place!! And I found a tiny, tiny lump in my forearm!! It’s probably always been there but I’m hyper vigilant now so finding everything!

I’m counting down the hours to the appointment,I just want to know now, whatever it is xx
