Cold therapy for neuropathy on Taxotere?

Hi All -

I start my treatments of Taxotere and Cytoxin tomorrow. For those of you who have done cold therapy to prevent neuropathy, is there a protocol? Amount of time on/off to rotate? My treatment center hasn't done this, but is open to me doing it. I just need to know what to do :-)
