Sudden searing/pinching pain after BMX with TEs

I had my BMX Tuesday and until yesterday, just had the standard soreness, but last night I suddenly developed a searing/pinching pain in the upper corner of my torso when I move my arm on that side or sometimes even stand in a particular way and this is really hanging me up. I'm wondering if the TE or drain might have shifted and is hitting a nerve.
