Sometimes prominent vein the runs through nipple....Mondor’s?

Help! I’ve been experiencing intense nipple and breast pain for the past month on the left breast- ultrasounds and Mamo normal. Dense tissue and tiny micro calcifications only on left breast. I also have this sometimes prominent vein that’s somewhat relieved that seems to run through my nipple. MRI dec 5 . So scared and no doctor seems concerned. Mondor’s
