Breast lift/reduction and expander exchange

I had a L mastectomy and TE on 9/25. Due for reconstruction on 12/12. I'm ok regarding the procedure. But my brain is working overtime on this question.....has anyone had the reduction part and cancer was found in the 'healthy' side? I know the excised tissue goes to pathology, but I'm so anxious over this possibility. Am I overthinking? Thanks.
