I have a Birads 4 MRI.

I’m going to attach it. I’m not thinking it looks too good. New primary? I go for more imaging on the 29thimage

    pejkug - hey you! Long time, no see! I have no real advice other than to offer hope of a benign finding, and glad that it seems to be quite small. I am hoping they are just being ultra-cautious in light of your previous diagnosis. Generally Her2+ driven recurrence happens within the first 24 months, hormonally driven recurrence can happen anytime. Is this is the general area of your previous lump?

    It’s not in the area of the previous cancer. Same breast, different quadrant. I’m thinking if it’s cancer, it’s likely a new primary
