Sleeping with new implants...?

Hello! To those with implants, I have a couple questions that my ps has been sort of vague about:

How long did you sleep on your back with an incline after getting them? When did you feel comfortable laying on your side?

Also, do you wear a bra to bed? If so, can you recommend a comfortable one for sleeping? The sports bra I have been wearing digs into me after awhile

Thanks!

hi dovely! I had my exchange in August. It was just more comfortable sleeping on my back for I'm guessing about 2 months or so. I was never told not to, it just would not have been comfortable. Then I started getting comfortable on my side..the one without the extra pocket work first , then the other side.

I've tried it without a bra at night a few times but again , not comfortable. When I lay on my side the other boob weighs too much and flops over. I love my night bras. Bali brand and the pull over my head. Look like a sports bra but very comfy.

For the last month I am finally sleeping in any position. To lay on my stomach I still create a space for my boobs by propping my pillows the right way. I dont stay there for hours on end. I finally wind up on my back again. I just got used to it over the last 9 months since I started with expanders. 😴 zzzzzz it will get better!

    Hi Dovely!

I think I was 3 or 4 weeks on back after exchange. Then I slowly used pillows to support me front and back to begin sleeping side-ish. Then on to full side.

I slept, still do, in the Jockey front zip sports bra.

How is everything going with you and your recovery? Hoping all is good
