Zoloft and Tamoxifen WWYD?

Since being dx, I’ve been on Zoloft, which has been great. Im currently halfway done with neoadj chemo, and will be having BMX. Between BMX and prophylactic ooph/hysterectomy, my MO wants me to be on Tamoxifen. Once my ooph/hysterectomy is complete, I’ll be switched to an AI. I know that Zoloft can interfere with Tamoxifen and make it less affective. My MO doesn’t think it should be that big of a deal because I’ll only be on it for a short period of time, and that weaning off of Zoloft can be very hard. WWYD? Wean off the Zoloft and try to switch to a different anti-depressant that may or may not work as well for me, or stick with the Zoloft and hope the amount of Tamoxifen I take is enough until I can switch over to an AI? My MO doesn’t seem that concerned if I decide to stay on Zoloft, but there’s always the “what if” part of my brain going off
