Any long term TNBC survivors who had Lymphovascular Invasion?

Hi ladies!
I'm new here. I was recently diagnosed with Stage1 TNBC, no node involvment. However, I had LVI. I've been looking for information and the prognosis on Google is grim. My oncologist didn't mention it, I only learned I had it because I got a copy of one of the letters addressed to my GP and said "LVI present" Has anyone had TNBC with LVI, no node involvement? I would really appreciate your comments, I'm scared.
